Always having been attracted to miniatures and beautiful edibles, and with degrees in both pastry arts and fine art, Deana began her own line of Chocolates and Confectionery on Valentine's Day, 2011. She has worked as a professional pastry chef and caterer since 1996.
Everything is prepared to order, using the freshest whole ingredients, as well as organic ingredients whenever possible. The hand painted and designed sweet bites, and the box designs, are inspired by the seasons, and whims, and change often.
Since collections are produced in small batches , the result is a truly unique and fresh box of chocolates.
An online shop will open soon; currently collections are available via email and phone ordering. They arrive every year in time for the December holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day.
Throughout the year, custom designed sweet tables, and miniatures can be made to order.
